The results are completely different from conventional activated charcoal used to deodorize.
Ethylene Gas
Fruits, vegetables and fresh flowers continue respiration even after being harvested, and they expel a variety of gases, the most famous of which is ethylene.
This gas causes agricultural products to ripen and age. In other words, agricultural products shorten their own lifespans with the ethylene gas that they themselves expel.
Therefore, if it were possible to control ethylene gas throughout the entire process from harvesting to consumption, including storage, importing and sale, then it would be possible to dramatically lengthen the lifespan of products and enable storage for a surprisingly long period of time.
It is possible to slow the process of decay using current typical freshness retention methods, such as storing products in refrigerators and humidifying. These are incapable of stopping the generation of harmful ethylene gas. And even if it were possible to avoid the effects of this gas, it would still require a massive investment in equipment.
Product to control ethylene gas
We introduce ETHYLENE CONTROL as the easiest and most effective method of controlling ethylene gas.
These are Purple Power Pellets (PPP material), which have already been patented in the US. These pellets are the only product of their type that has been approved for usage by the US Department of Agriculture and other major US agricultural committees. It is composed of natural zeolite and a minuscule amount of potassium permanganate, and it renders ethylene gas harmless by oxidizing it.
*Our company’s ETHYLENE CONTROL has been proved to slow the rate of decay in fresh produce, suppress the formation of mold and remove odors.
